IT'S HAPPENING

I'm in the mood for LOVE!! Haha! When am I never in tt mood? Desperation sounds more like it.

Haven't watched movies for quite a while but I loved this movie "THE LAKE HOUSE". Sure, it's a little slow moving but coz you dun wanna miss any scene, you won't fall asleep. My friend slept coz he said he was tired but he was glad he woke up in time to watch the part that mattered. LOL! Another friend apparaently exclaimed at the end that this is one of the best movies he has watched in ages while yet another didn't understand it even though we explained it to her like so many times? Feel like watching it again but no right person, no time, and refuse to pay $7.50 minimum again. Maybe it's time to pop over the Causeway for movie marathon.

Before I say anything else about the movie, KEANU REEVES IS SOOOOO CUTE! *faints* Ok back to movie proper. Movie goes like this.

Girl in 2006 manages to communicate with guy in 2004. They fall in love after communicating via the mailbox at the lake house. They arrange to meet in the 2006 but the guy never turns up and the girl gives up on the friendship. Guy in 2004 gets on with life but never forgets. Fast forward to girl in 2008 who goes to interior design firm to get house done up. She realises that guy died in 2006 on Valentine's Day. It's then tt she realises that the man whom she had tried to save in a traffic accident 2 years back was THE guy. She rushes to post a letter into their mailbox hoping that the guy would get it and not run across the road on 2006 Valentine's Day to meet her, but instead to wait another 2 years and meet her at the lake house where she is presently in tears waiting for him, hoping against all odds that he received her final mail. Car comes along with guy in it and they finally meet and he's alive in 2008 on Valentine's Day. How much more romantic can anything ever get? *faints again*

The 2 have such good chemistry it's hard to believe anyone waited this long to get them to act together again after Speed. Hopefully more directors will approach the 2 of them for other projects. They're like Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, oh so sweet...
